It's finally the end of examinations! The long-awaited holidays are finally here for me!

This holiday Resolution:

• Earn more money to support my living expenditures when term starts next academic year.
• Also, spend more time with my beloved friends/ clique Sheila, Dion, Daphni, Fides, Liming, Jasper, Jianhao, Xueqi etc..)
• Satisfy my kbox quench someday
• Watch all the movies i had d-ed since last semester but have yet to watch them
• Bake, Bake, BAKE! (Now that dearest's home has an oven to support my baking hobby!)
• Get a new fragrance set to replace my Guggi's Envy me
• Sleep more, eat less, exercise more, pretty more! (Exams are over, time to take a rest!)

.... No...


But not before two days later after Zara Client-based project is 100% completed . Currently, the guys are able to leave earlier than us, rest more than us because we are still left with one last client-based project and Friday is the actual presentation. Sigh, why do we always make life difficult for ourselves? By striving for the best, by doing so many extraordinary things just to get fanciful marks which are sometimes redundant ?


The rest of them are leaving for Vietnam in a couple of days hence i will be alone this holiday, maybe it's time to catch up with some old and lost friends. Speaking of which, somehow i do have my regrets for not applying on time - the trip would be fun for certain since all the fun people from 03 and 04 are going. Some other classes as well :)


Anyway, you may have noticed my title for this entry - lucky day/news.


Last week i had two examinations, one of which i CARELESSLY FORGOT my ADMIN CARD in my examination room. I was so forgetful that i totally forgot about my administration card from the point i left the hall. Then i received a call the next day from my sister and learnt about it - this was when i finally realized..


After much procrastination....


I finally arranged with the kind invigilator and have since collected my card back from his protection. Aw, these kind of lecturers make me feel so lucky that kind souls still do exist in the world ( besides my dearest boyfriend, that is) ..






The second incident happened because ...














I MINDLESSLY DIDN'T FILL IN my ADMIN & SEAT NUMber and apparently, i heard from the teachers that my results will be void.


So for one whole week i have been worrying sick and forced myself to recall the incident - was it a mistake or did it really happened? And this morning, i concluded that i REALLY DID'NT FILL INspan class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family:'trebuchet ms';"> at all! Imagine how anxious was i! Throughout HRM Exam this morning, i was consistently thinking about my grades, worrying about my careless mistake. I got very paranoid and nearly broke down into tears after the exam. I finally decided to call Mr Ron & see if there's anything i could do to make up for it and guess what??!!

HE SAID IT'S ALRIGHT! HE ASSURED ME!

OH,HOW HAPPY WAS I!

At that point i felt as if i had won lottery or something,

i was half thankful; half grateful and wholly relieved ! It could possibly be my most happiest and luckiest moment of the year 2010!

Thank you very much for this CHANCE , really. It matters a lot to me. A great LOT.

Thanks to my kind & nice teachers who have given me a chance to not fail my module entirely. Many thanks many thanks many thanks! I'm indebted to them.

Anyway, this afternoon us cool people were in the retail meeting room editing our report and since Herman & I were done pretty early, we got bored of waiting for the others and played this game together with Anette and Norman .

I think the 4 of us can make a very good mastermind team because we were quite good at killing stick men ^^

Okay, see you tomorrow lovelies if there's a chance! No spending the night with my 'lovely-you' 'lovely-you' boyfriend tonight since he has a belated birthday dinner (*grumbles*) but it's okay, i can spend my night idling away watching movies and munching on tidbits until i become 80kg (just pulling my/your leg :P )

Recently i added a few items to my make-up collection, some of which i would recommend while the others are not too much of my liking.

P.s I know i came at the wrong timing because instead of studying HRM now i'm here reviewing when it's an early morning exam tomorrow. (duh? Hrm is really a boring module i assure you) I wanted to join Jasper's and all badly in Sheila's birthday (HAPPY BELATED BDAE MY DEAR GIRLFRIEND!!) celebration tonight since it's my girlfriend's birthday & they are going to safra kbox ! ( & i have been thirsty for some karaoke session since my last one in cny!) I haven't see them for what seems like eons, especially sheila! since i met the others during CNY but didn't get to play mahjong with them. Blablabla

Lancome Le Stylo Waterproof auto eyeliner in Noir

Firstly, i think mine has a twister problem because when i twisted a considerable amount of liner out, it couldn't go back. (I just wanted to check the whole length of the eyeliner, quite sua-ku i know )

But apart from that, it smudges a few hours later after use (like in 3 hours) making me look like a horrifying panda thus i would never buy this item again. Perhaps it's just me, my eyelids are more oily thus it smudges as easily? The good part of this item is that it has a smudger which is quite easily (then again, which auto liner doesn't have? ) and the black colour is extremely dark with just two layers of liner. It would be perfect to achieve that Gothic or Smoky eyes look since it smudges on your eyelids.

Dior (Longue Tenue) Moisturizing Concealer

Besides good, this concealer is still good. (No joke :) This is a really long tube and i suppose it can lasts me up to a year or so? It's longer than the SANA concealer i had and comparing the two, i would say SANA concealer is good & value for its price (less than $20) whereas this Dior concealer is way better than that but at the same time, costs much more than that. I like that the concealer is very moisturizing and it is able to cover all your flaws up perfectly and dark eye circles without looking like you have just slapped half your foundation onto your face. I have seen people who look like that and i can only say that they are really good entertainers (even without speaking). That is, provided that you need to know the right way to apply your concealer. Yes and this concealer is true to its name - long wear, i wore it out for one whole day and my dark circles are still safely hidden at the end of the day. Although the price is quite steep, i would say it's a good investment. :) You can safely wear it out without your eyeliner/shadow and still looks as good. I don't like concealer which looks obvious and unnatural.

Bobbi Brown Long Wear Cream Shadow

This is a good invention . I was quite skeptical at first about this product but after trying it, its' just fantastic. It stays on for a long time and it is very easy to apply using both you fingers or your brushes. Mine is in Galaxy and it sparkles when applied. I am very satisfied with this product as it allows adjustment of shade of the eye shadow color - for a natural look, i can use a layer while for a glamorous look, i can use up to 4 layers of application depending on how dramatic i want it to be. The problem of my other eye shadows is difficulty in removing when the colors are too thick & each layer is thicken by a lot (Sometimes i applied too much layers and it's hard to remove hence i have to remove my whole face makeup and start from scratch it's just a waste of time!) My skin tone is dark thus the color looks a little like bronze when i leave it on. I would gladly own one of these cream shadows and dispose of all my other eyeshadow palettes.

Bobbi Brown Long Wear Gel Eyeliner

This product is extremely good!! I use this with cyber colors eyeliner brush & it is easy to apply. In addition, it lasts really long - i got mine in espresso ink which looks like black. It doesn't smudge at all even though it isn't waterproof unlike Lancome's Le Stylo and the whole tub is very small thus it is very handy & convenient :D One cons is that it's a glass tub hence i get very paranoid that it may break due to slight falls/damage.

Talking about cosmetics, i just realized i lost my make up brushes set! So sad so sad so sad! T.T It cost me $40 bucks and i lost it somewhere in my home! ( Trust me, Asking me to find it somewhere amidst my home it's 就像海底捞针一样)

Okay, 'nuff said. I haven't study HRM yet guess tonight will be a sleepless one again. Argh, Good night people who are lucky to be able to sleep tonight. I hope you all get nightmares with Chucky and his wife & maybe his bisexual daughter son (Haha, kidding luh!)

P/s I think my wardrobe is expanding far too quickly... I'm sinful.
