WEEKENDS ARE HERE ~

Boohoo~ I'm so in love with fridays! This is because friday spells the weekends! :D Hooray ! It's time for a break after so many days of slogging for projects& exams ! :)
School as usual, lessons was very boring & the guys & i went for dinner after school. Yeah, We had subway ,
subway is the love man.~
I think the time spent with them are great :D Moreover, the things they say never fail to trigger my laughter. Woohoo~
I spotted this canvas high-cut sneakers retailing at converse & i really wish to buy it lah ):
Anyway, i think it's time i make a correct decision for myself. Although i'm uncertain if i will regret it in near future, i will still carry on with my decision because judging for the current decision, that is the best decision for me :)
Oh by the way, Chinese New Year's in a few days' time & Yay ! It's time for some extra "pocket money".
Though i think that many would agree with me that this year isn't a good year.
Especially when your examinations start immediately after chinese new year, affecting your whole mood for the festive season.
Moreover,our economy is really atrocious now we're having the worst recession as compared to the 1997's recession.
Companies are retrenching staffs, they are cutting down on salaries and hiring foreign workers just because they are cheaper. ( Obviously, i'm referring to those China & India workers , no offence though)
When this happens, our parents will usually react in the same way,resulting in a decrease of OUR pocket money + disposal income.
Oh wait, maybe i should say it's a EXTREMELY DRASTIC CHANGE to our financial situation because mum had stopped giving me regular pocket money and sometimes i get like $10 per week ? But it's alright, human beings should all learn to adapt to changes, like a chameleon :)
Back to the story, A decrease in disposal income will affect the sales of unnecessary items like CLOTHES, COSMETICS, GOOD FOOD & etc.
So now you tell me, who will be so generous and still spend money impulsively in times like that ?
That's why, no NEW SHOES for me this year but i'm lucky because hubby bought me new dresses last month which i didn't bear to wear.
HAHAHAHA
We shall now look at the real estate's point of view :
A recession causes a decrease in people's disposable income , leading to a drastic drop in sales of properties. When this happens, the interest rates and other factors will increase causing many properties to be left unsold. This causes an extremely big decrease in value of properties ,influencing owner's decision in selling the property and they will decide not to sell their property at all .This, in turn has a change on the owners because when their properties are unable to be sold, they don't have the chance of getting back the money they paid in buying the property. ! Well, if you think you are so free, you may have a look at this video, it explains the effects of recession on real estate sector.
My conclusion is : RECESSION CAUSES A DECREASE IN THE WEIGHT OF OUR WALLETS THUS IT IS A VERY BAD THING.
Yes but there's nothing we can go to help the economy because we are just students students students, we cannot spend a lot now because our pocket money has decreased decreased decreased.
Let's all relax now& take a look at the top 10 chessy pick-up lines of the day :
HAHAHAHA. There are a lot more like gym cases, internet stalkers,sentosa etc. but those are my top 10 list in the most chessy pick-up lines i've came across so girls, be wary of your surroundings uh! :D Don't ever give false hopes because that's very evil ~ Tips to attract guy's attraction : I personally feel that being natural is the best & don't get very tensed up even when you are interested in them. Make them notice you, not you notice them. This way, you will gain the confidence instead of letting them feel so good & overly confident on themselves.
Be sure to act natural even when you are 100% sure that this particular guy seems interested in you. And, remember not to distribute your phone numbers easily !
Having said all these, i realised my entry is really long :D

When you're gone , the face i came to know is missing too `
When you're gone , tears are the only thing i could see.
And i regret being so stubborn & unreasonable at times,
it's just that when you aint here, i start to realise you're no longer within my reach &
Babyboy, i miss you.
it took me 2 years to develop feelings towards you & it takes just 2 hours for me to miss you so badly.
I LOVE YOU.

- Through the common sentences like " Hey, you look familar/you look like my friends' sister/ you look my junior in high school yada yada. I mean seriously, guys who are using such lines should learn to be more creative XD. Such lines are so out-dated & they are the least efficient ones.
- Though the handphone of the guy's. The scenario : You are seated next to a guy whom deliberately hit your elbow and shows you his handphone with sentences like " Can i be your friend? " Obviously, i don't envy such actions because they are so embarrassing for either parties because dude, you are like just beside each other ?! This method is strongly NOT encouraged by guys.
- Through description of your dressing like (Direct Chinese translation) "Hey, the one in black, can i be your friend?" Wah, this is super duper "Beng" & i seriously think guys should
REFRAINfrom using this method because they are super turn-OFFs. - Guys who uses this method is usually eccentric and you will know the reason now : This is a situation which girls would find comical & ridiculous because the guys will sing right onto the girl's face just when she passes by him. Don't tell me you wouldn't be surprised and amazed if someone really does that to you? OMG. THis is BAD, BAD.
- Let's see. How about some loud tease behind you ? Guys who uses this method will PURPOSELY descibe your dressing to their group of friends loudly(to ensure you hear it too) & never stop saying something that you know they are obviously referring to you. In addition, they will deliberately try calling you from your back and say "bye" before you leave.. Situation like this are the best for the girls because smart girls should always ignore the guys and don't even turn and look at them.
- While you are playing pool, they are checking you out and playing their own pool at the next table, at the same time. I don't understand how guys multi-task like that but it's really irritating when they approach you after checking you out.
- Girls take the role of asking : The scenario , a group of girls + Guys together & the guys are interested in you but they are embarrassed to ask you personally, they get their female friends to help. Personally, i think this method just sucks because it shows how sincere the guys are , they doesn't even have the courage to ask you themselves.
- Around late night time while you are walking home alone, some guy came over and asked " Eh, is that guy i saw just now your boyfriend?" OMG. can you believe it? This totally shows how demanding you are. Like when i don't even know you yet you are asking such personal questions. !
- Stalking girls from one end to another and appearing right in front of her through a short-cut. Pick up lines " Hello, may i have your number? " Was rejected & couldn't give a good reason why the girl should give but didn't stop pestering. This is GOOD effort but definitely
NOTgood method. - After a period of meeting the girl every morning in the very same bus each day, you approached the girl. I think this is the best method of all man. It shows that you made the effort to wait for the right time & asked things like " Which school are you from.." Bla bla before asking for phone number.
HAHAHAHA.
