The ones in my life

Back with updates ! This time round, with my beloved ones :) You know sometimes in life, mishaps happens and certain people will tend to unintentionally/intentionally inflict hurt & pain in you ? It's so horrible that you even lost the courage to carry on living and at this time , the only ones who will stay at you and pull you through are the people that loves and are concerned about you. Personally, i still feel that i have the most wonderful family even without my dad. Ignore those quarrels, throw those foolish arguements away and you will realise that being loved and cared/ cherished (like how my family does), that is happiness. Now i recall, in one of my fbm tutorials, Mr Rsn asked me(us) "who is your role model" and i said "my mum". Til now, i still insist that she is my only role model and i have many reasons to say that.

Let's say you have a perfect family of 6 with 4 children aged 3, 9, 14 and 15 years respectively. This fateful day, your spouse; the breadwinner and the person that you are so dependent on - forgotten to offer his prayers- the usual routine* and left for work. In the noon as usual, you were doing housework and you received a call . It was the hospital. He met with an accident with his motorbike. Suddenly, the world seems like it's falling apart and everything else came crashing down on you. You're so used to being a housewife and yet now, you need to take up the role of the breadwinner and support your 4 kids who weren't even adolescents then. What will you do if this happens to you?

Well, i strongly believe that most girls would spend their days grieving how hard life is and longing for his return (unless your surname is Bong haha!) which wouldn't help at all because apart from sinking deeper into your sorrows, you're still not getting anywhere near improving the situation.

But my mum, being such a strong-headed lady and (my) wonder-woman ; she started out as a stall tender and then as time goes by, she improvised and put her marvellous cooking skills to test -- she took up the role of a school canteen vendor. Eversince then, life has been a nightmare and she had to wake up wee hours and endure sleepless nights. Life is even worse now with the rising electricity bills and insurance expenses and tons of loans and expenses to repay. However, this fine lady is still striving hard for this family ( i'm still learning to be as strong as her; as brave as the wind and conquer all obstacles like her though) and she is none other than my role model mummy! This photo was taken on her birthday 2009 , january :)

I truly love them despite all the miffs we had , they are really loved by me :)

Then occassionally in life , it's always nice to just have someone by your side who would (may) be with you when you need them.

And that would be this vainpot over here :) He's my boyfriend if you haven't realise :/ Apart from all these, occassionally there are times when i just feel like breaking down / unbroken because of -- and my lovely friends will be with me either physically or morally. Thus i would be happy to show my appreciation to them here & i do hope they get to see this. They are ( in no order of importance , anyway blogger arrange the sequence for these pics ! )

Jill ! This 'studies motivator' the one who is just as emotional as i am, but never fail to comfort me and listen to my sorrows all the time - even in projects i'll just throw her all those english stuff and she'll be glad to answer. (Although there are times i stroke at the wrong time and she brushed me off in annoyance =-" )

Sheila! Fides! Daphni! Sheila & Fides have been my school clique since i was secondary two. They have seen me mature into a fine lady and switched so many boyfriends (haha! ) ~ Anyway, i can vividly recall those days when we pop over to Fides' house after school and sometimes, her mum would cook delicious spaghetti for us ! Over there, Sheila Fides Dionis (sometimes Xueqi) and i would catch all the dance movies and party / dance at her home , which was extremely fun !

Fides is an ultra duper uber kawaii lady! She's adorable and nothing but just simply adorable! Especially with that happy-go-lucky personality of hers. Anyway, i remember sharing all sorts of secrets with her and she kept totally mum about it -- shes' really one of my best friends that i will always trust in my life. A jovial sweet little lady ~

Daphni! Sweetie girlfriend of mine! She never fails to pick up her phone whenever i need her (except in exams, obviously) Her whole family are filled with nice people, and her auntie has really fabulous culinary skills ! Honestly, hanging out with her is the best man! She's always teasing me but i know she loves me deep down haha:) She'd been the one i bothered with all the maths alienic questions and she would kindly teach me in details. We used to be strangers from different class and it's our surnames that brought us together! We sat together in parade square and we were always busy observing the ants and attacking them together ! :DDDDD

Bong ! Yuting :) A very independent young lady whom i borrowed her shoulders like a handful times? She's always listening to my problems/ troubles and together with jill, encourage and analyse situations for me :D Occassionally, introduce jobs to me yay :)

Xueqi ! She used to be nicknamed a 'cat' simply because she looked like one but now that she's 18, i guess she'd walked out of that nickname already :D She's the soft-spoken/hearted one in my clique and we have been extremely worried about her - in terms of relationship wise. She was a competitive young lady and she's brillant in her Maths(A) laaa~ She's a good gossiper and really cute pal :)

Dionis ! When i was secondary two, we had a really massive arguement and during that point, i would see sheila and xueqi trapped between the two of us. I'd never thought that we would even speak again but still, she's someone you would love to hangout with -with her good sense of humour. She've been a good sister, accompanied me when i needed to and immediately contacted me when she heard that i had a tiff with my boyfriend. She's pretty and she's always getting us friendship tokens merely because she cherish this friendship. She's single by the way so guyssss, don't miss this rare golden chance :D

Sheila! She's a sweet looking lady who've been an extremely good listener, very interested in baking and she's been very lovely - doesn't throw her tantrums around, wouldn't get mad at anyone (unless rarely) and we used to drop by her house for horror movies too! The old house she stayed in has this really huge mirror which we all love, being the nature of vainpots. haha! She would deliver bubble tea to us most of the times heeee~ and we would have swimming sessions in her condo.

Liming! Another vainpot as mentioned, he'd really matured into a gentlemen la~ He'd been the one switching girlfriends and the one who'd paid for our maggie mees/ingredients but asked dionis and me to cook for him - the tomato omelette was yummy~ We used to pop over to his house frequently and catch horror films as well. Then in his house, we'd exchanged secrets and poured all sorrows out -- with him seated at the big window frame beside his bed. His mummy made us drinks in school :)

Look at this picture! Need i say more? Haha, the moment Daphni and i found out that they're an item; i was like "finallyyyy.." Jasper have been a jovial and humorous friend ; sometimes we would visit his house with the 2 dogs -lucy and what's the other? These 2 dogs are really active laaa. Anyway, jasper is a pretty low level gaming addict too!

Weeliang! He'd been my gym partner for 2 years! you know last time school was so bored that we even edited our pictures with romantic love poems just to confuse our friends that we were together -- in fact we weren't! But we'd been really really great pals :) He's very dilligent and kind and fun to gossip with! He's like a good guy friend every girl would have.

That's all for today! Just want to tell all you people mentioned in this entry that i would love to keep you all in my heart as my good friends/sisters/pals/buddies forever. Although we may be in different schools and we have different paths to take, eventually i still believe that i will never forget you and i hope you do as well :) Ganbatte for everything you will be doing/are doing and sorry if i'd neglected you alrights? I just hope to meet out / shopping/ chill out / k box with you all real soon, real soon you know??!!
