Hello Folks! So how have you been doing? Enjoying your vacation? I feel bad for those friends whom have to start internship early in their respective travel agencies but then again, it's good because they'll end a week earlier than us too! :D This vacation ( A mere 1 week) should be well-spent and filled to the brim with many many gatherings with my friends (some of whom i really love yet haven't met them for a long while due to different schedules) !
Just last night i met up with 2 gorgeous babes -
whom i really love since Secondary 2 when we started hanging out together. There have been many conflicts and arguments, but I'm glad that through it all we found true friendship and love from each other which to me is a valuable gift. Though we do not meet often now, but somehow or rather i do know that at the bottom of my heart i'm certain that they are friends whom i can fall on (which i hope is the case :) I feel like if i were to really have a big tiff with Wennhan, i would still be able to depend on them - cry on their shoulders and talk to them about every single details of my feelings and emotions. It was a lovely night updating each other on our lives, sharing gossips and jokes, planning and discussing on our own flea booth - What sort of assortments are we gonna sell, how are we gonna display them, who is our target market, how are we gonna create awareness, where are we gonna buy our booth from? [ I'm still 2 hands up - super on and steady to the idea though!! Guess i'll have to check out Jetstar's pricing first then we'll decide from there]
You can imagine how engrossed we were in our little talks because dear Sheila lost her wallet ): We left in on the Subway tray and when we realised it 11/2 hours later, it was gone. It could be in the bin ( Staff may have thrown it in because the wallet's color could easily camouflage itself with the tray's color) or passerby may have 'kop' it away. Luckily there wasn't much cash inside, but there were many cards so a lot of paperwork procedures have to be done - deactivate this, make a new that etc.. I don't feel good about it - i should have double checked our tables before we left - i mean, i have this habit all the time? But why didn't it came to me that i should check that night? ): Sorry Sheila ): But i truly enjoyed myself last night <; I'm hoping to meet them more often + club with them someday! Perhaps i'll get Dionis to sign me in someday.
By the way, i bet you guys have heard of the contest which i joined recently - Converse "We love your smile! Jack Purcell" contest. I was really surprised and am still in shock now that I've won the second prize!!! All along when i was on the Converse website my first reaction when i saw the first prize was "Wow. I thought the Wiindee Filipe would win the first prize! He had 2000 over votes in total! Then i headed to the fan page hoping to see my name on the "consolation prize" list so i scrolled down and i almost fainted when i saw my photo being labelled "2nd". The ones with supposedly higher votes got consolation and i am the 2nd prize winner? I thought my friend would be one of the top 3 too! I kept thinking 'Could it be a mistake??' until this morning the staff contacted me - so i'm very much still in shock now. But anyway, congrats to me! The very first thing i would do when i get the camera is ........ take pictures of all my loved ones! That includes my mum, sis, brother, my lovely friends - DTRM as well as my PSS clique Dionis Sheila Xueqi Daphni etc, Wennhan, his mum, his bro, and maybe my work colleagues! Now that i have this camera i can use the money i set aside to buy iphone4 :) One item down my wishlist hooray~! So heres' what i won: Pentax X90 + $200 voucher
